I am originally from Spain and the Designated Broker of our firm. I have a degree in Journalism with Masters degrees in Marketing and Education. Susy is one of only 3% of Realtors nationwide who hold the prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. Other designations she holds include Master Certified Negotiation Expert and Historical Home Specialist, and she is a graduate of the REALTOR Institute. I have earned the followring designations too: PSA, Price Strategy Advisor SFR, Short Sales & Foreclosures Specialist SRES, Seniors Real Estate Specialist AHWD, At Home with Diversity I am continuosly improving my knowlegment by taking all courses available so I can be more helpfull for my clients.
