"Katherine was great from day one, I was nervous getting referred through a program with my Bank, but I won the lottery getting paired with Katherine. She was very upfront about what properties would work with my VA loan, showed me what to look for in the listing so I didn't get attached to some that wouldn't work out. Gave excellent expert insight to the ones I liked and narrowed it down further to safe time viewing things I wouldn't like. She worked through the interesting for the one I chose, but we got it all negotiated and it went very smooth overall for a home purchase I think. If I ever need a ln agent again I know who to call now! Highly recommend!"

"Tim Haley is willing to go above and beyond to achieve all of my expectations. For example, he showed me and my boyfriend a house at 8:30pm on a Sunday. If that isn't dedication I don't know what is. He also is honest about the state of a house and will tell you weather or not it fits your own individual needs.
