"As a first time homebuyer, Tyra was incredibly patient with me and really knowledgeable. If she didn't have an answer, she found out and got back to me! I could tell she truly had my back - she was consistently looking out for my best interests and took the time to go over every detail to make sure we were in a solid position.
She's also a strong negotiator - we went back and forth quite a bit before securing acceptance of my offer and she kept a hard line based on my budget and spending comfort level. She didn't back down but she also didn't push so hard that we lost the place.

"What can I say about Dan and Emily, other than our saving grace!
We started out with another brokerage and they just were not performing as aggressive as we would have liked and really didn't show us any effort.
We were given Dan and Emily's names from a family member that had used them in the past and all I can say is it was the best decision we could have made.
They sat down and made a plan and explained all our options and how they wanted to move forward to get our home sold! This was the energy we needed and wanted all along. They had pictures taken the next day and even hired a drone to do the airieals. We scheduled open houses every weekend until we found our buyer! They made the whole process seamless.
If I could give them 100 stars I would. If we ever decide to sell again we will be giving them a call. And until then, all our friends and family will be referred directly to them!!!
