"Aaron was quick to respond when I was ready to list and worked well with me to prepare my home prior to listing. His knowledge and attention to detail resulted in many offers. He assisted me with determining a list price that drove a competitive bidding process that resulted in getting $20K over asking price. Additionally he was quick to help in regrouping and relisting after the first 2 buyers dropped out of the process. In the end the selling process was very smooth from my vantage point and Aaron took care of all of the heavy lifting as I moved out of state during the selling process. I would highly recommend him to others and would not hesitate to call on him again in my decision to buy or sell a home in the future."
