"I am extremely ecstatic over all the hardwork and effort from Anthony Santistevan. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He gave us great insights into important things to consider and calmed every one of my nerves during the homebuying process. I will be referring my family and friends to Anthony. When I needed to get a fax through to the Department of Education and Anthony helped me get my fax through which I needed to get approved for my loan. It may seem small but I tried faxing for 3 hours and Anthony was on it and his fax got through. Thank you so much Anthony!!! I was a first time homebuyer and Anthony was so patient and answered all of my questions. When I called he was always courteous and it never was a problem. During negotiations he was on it and his strong negotiations allowed us to get a nice check after closing. I will be referring everyone Anthony and PenFed!!!

"Anthony was there fromcdsy one and never made me feel like I was wasting his time although my wife and I really were on the fense for awhile. He made us feel comfortable and above all gained our trust. He gained our business because he never once pressured us and showed us that he had above average knowledge of the process, area, and VA loans. He has done more than the average realtor and I an sure of this because as a Sergeant in the Marine Corps I always got the best out of everyone and his best was exceptional.
