We contacted Barb Deggans simply through a quick online search. We were specific to the St. Petersburg area. She was very knowledgeable about not only St. Petersburg but the surrounding areas. After a couple of phone conversations she understood our parameters and tailored her search engines to us and sent only listings within those parameters. We found a potential and within 24 hours we did a virtual tour via FaceTime. She was quick and on the ball. We also did a virtual tour of the property we bought. She was willing to take the time to accommodate my endless detailed questions. It was thorough enough we bought ‘virtually’ and didn’t see the place in person until 2 days before closing. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend Barb Deggans to anyone looking in St. Petersburg and the surrounding areas."

"A Professional and Driven Expert is not enough to sum up all that Barb did for me and my fiance during the sale of our house. Barb was friendly, helpful and most of all hopeful for us when things were really trying (i.e. inspector results). But through it all Barb was attentive, very knowledgeable and a heck of a realtor to a couple who had little to no clue what we were doing in regards to the sale of a house.
