"I am writing this specifically because it is exactly how I came to choose Barbara Mark as my Real Estate Agent; through the testimonials I read about other client's experiences with her. I was in a particularly difficult situation, having looked at other properties with other agents with no success. I came to Barbara asking for her help, and even after hearing the details of my story, she still agreed to become my agent. I found her to be extremely attentive to my specific needs and always responded to me in a timely manner no matter how busy she was. Due to the urgency of my situation, she became relentless in her pursuit of a home for me to purchase, taking me wherever I needed to go even if the home was located out of her immediate service area. "We met Barabara as we were looking for houses in the area. She was proactive to help us even when she found out the move could not take place until we sold our out-of-state house. She kept up with communication and was there on the spot when our house sold. We arrived in the area and she immediately provided options to us.
She followed every conversation up with email. She knew the area well. When we asked to see a house, she immediately lined up a showing. She gave us inside into potential issues with houses. She worked for us, not just for a sale.
Barabara was 100% for us and treated us like family. Some email communications were unclear due to the amount of paperwork being exchanged. Barbara cleared up any questions or concerns immediately.
Barbara went the extra mile. Sellers removed swings from the swingset that we thought would be left (Swingset was listed as a property to stay and of course we assumed swings would be included). Barbara provided two of her own swings so our 3-year-old grandaughter could swing immediately at the new house.
She was also patient in us replying to this survey, we were busy moving and she understood and resent the survey!

"When I first considered Century 21 I was looking for a broker to rent my duplex. After researching various agencies, I saw that Barbara had dealt with other rentals in the Hanover Township area. "I was in a very difficult situation of transferring with my company and worked with Barbara on the sale of my home from a temporary residence in another state while looking for a home to buy in the other state with a one month closing date for everything. Barb kept me informed every step of the way on my home sale in PA and helped me find realtors thru referrals in the state I was moving too as well. The sale of the home in PA was quite a trying experience with the time limit that was necessary and Barb handled the situation expertly and kept me calm and informed.
She was helpful in all the resources that were needed and keeping the process moving along.
I am grateful she is the Agent I worked with because I am not sure my move to another state would have been possible as easily as it did work out had it not been for her.

"Barbara was great! Being our first time selling she understood what we didn't know and took the time to explain everything. We worked very hard preparing the house before listing and she respected what was done. Very knowledgeable in the market especially being local herself. EXTREMELY patient and understanding in all aspects.
We walked away getting a good price but just as important we consider her a friend.
Always kept is up to date with the selling and worked many evenings getting it right.
Would not consider anyone else at this point. Great pictures to list the house and you could tell she rather enjoyed taking the photos.

"We met Barb at an open house in Wyoming, PA. My wife and I had just begun looking at houses and were at our third or fourth open house of the day. Barb took time to talk to us not only about the house she was showing but we were looking for in a house. It was until a coupe of months later when we finished the pre-qual process that we got serious about our house search. At that time we contacted Barb about working with us.
