"Barry Goodrich was recommended to us by a friend who lives in the area and we could not be happier. He provided outstanding service for us who were purchasing a home from out of state. We were able to evaluate several houses via zoom calls with Barry walking around the house patiently showing us the house and yard as well as the neighborhood. He was very knowledgeable about the area, the schools, the safety profiles, etc. and answered our many questions.
Once we settle on a house to make an offer he was invaluable in guiding us through that process, helping us get just the house we wanted for no more than we were hoping to spend.
After our offer was accepted he was also exceptionally helpful at walking through the myriad of paperwork including those things that were specific to California and foreign to us.
In summary, Barry was outstanding at every step along the way of purchasing a new home and I cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone looking to purchase a home in Southern California."

He made the entire process as stress-free as possible, was easy to communicate with, and was always available to answer any questions or concerns. Our home was listed and sold in less than two weeks! He gave us ideas on what we could do to make the house easy to sell. I appreciated the way he was so timely when coming over with documents to sign.
