"BECU suggested Carleen Plodinec and Berkshire Hathaway to us. Carleen contacted us within 24 hrs of BECU referring us to her. It was like a match made in Heaven. Carleen listened to what we needed, prepared several homes she thought fit our criteria. Took us out to look, didn't try to push anything at us. Answered our questions honestly and as well as she could. Once we made our choice, she did her best to guide us in what was customary in the negotiation process. When the seller was requesting us to agree to pay more if the appraisal came back lower than the sale price, she advised us not to. Then when the seller contacted me directly via email, she notified the selling agent and they quickly told him that was not appropriate. We ht a few snags along the way and Carleen quickly advised us and worked with the selling agent to smooth it out. Carleen went all out for us and we are truly grateful for her efforts.
Carkeen is top notch. She was in constant contact throughout the transaction.
