"She texted us back at like 8PM on a Sunday night.... that was amazing since we didn't expect to hear back until morning!
One thing that really stood out immediately to us was that when we needed an answer on something, she was very efficient on getting back to us! Not that the topic was overly important, but it showed that she was willing to take care of us immediately!
Jennifer and I viewed a couple of other houses when we decided to start shopping for a house. The other brokers that we met were, well, very bland and nonchalant about us buying a house. When we called and were relayed to Cathy, it was an instant click from the get-go. She listened to what we were looking for, got us into what we wanted and was super helpful along the way!!! I liked her so much that she is listing the house I moved out of for sale for me!"
