"Selling and buying a house can be very stressful and there are a lot of steps involved...most of which you often forget about or don't think about. This agency breaks everything down so you have a clear understanding of what you are signing for each and every contract. They take on the majority of the responsibility. I can't imagine how difficult it would be to do a "sell by owner." They do all of the heavy lifting for you.
We have worked with this agency in the past and we were very pleased. It is like working with family. They get to know you and your needs and wants very quickly and locate homes they know you will be interested in. They are quick to respond whenever you have a question. I can't imagine working with any other agency.
Again, it was like working with family. They were kind and understanding every step of the way but also got tough with other agencies and home owners when they had to in order to protect us and our best interests."
