"Courtney went above and beyond especially during the COVID restrictions. Since travel to the condo was not recommended prior to closing, Courtney took the time to "FaceTime" a walk through the unit and she went out of her to mail items to me. In addition she took care of all remaining personal items that needed removing before closing.
I cannot recommend her enough!"

"I live in New Jersey and the property was in Florida. My Uncle owned the property and passed away. I am the Executor/Administrator of the Estate. Because I live in NJ, my Uncle was a Florida resident, and the property was in Florida I had to engage a Florida Estate Attorney. When it came time to sell the property, My attorney recommended Courtney.
