She spent the time looking through the listed properties and narrowed down the list to ones that had the things that I was looking for. Then we spent an entire day looking at the properties. She was then able to narrow down my search based on things that I had liked or didn't like in the places that we looked at. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
