"We were given Dayna’s information from our apartment complex who works with Berkshire Hathaway to help renters buy homes. Although we were matched with Dayna, it was still important to us that to work with her, we felt she was a good fit for us and our needs. And she absolutely was! From the very first time we spoke with her through closing and after she has been on top of everything and we couldn’t be happier that we were matched with her through this program.
Dayna of course was excellent in every way. A few major factors for us were timeliness and communication which Dayna was always very quick to respond and easy to talk to. Understanding and patient as we saw so many places, wavered on a few offers, and were kind of all over the place with our wants/needs for a time but Dayna never made us feel like we were wasting her time. Dayna was so kind, thoughtful, and helpful throughout this process and we couldn’t be more thankful for her.
During our experience, Dayna was out of town but of course she was still reachable, timely, and all of the wonderful things and she set us up with one of her colleagues, Eva, who helped us with our initial tour and inspection. Eva was wonderful as well and we were happy to have and extension of Dayna through her while she was out of town.
Dayna was incredible from the get go. As I mentioned we were matched with her through our apartment program and we were ready to start right away. The first time we met her we actually had put in an offer on a place and she was on top of everything before she even knew us, which was great! Although that first place didn’t work out, it really was for the best because it gave us a chance to work with Dayna for longer. She was always available to show us places, gave us all the insight on each property we saw, the neighborhood, type of place, etc. and we learned so much we didn’t already know which was incredibly helpful. From offer through closing Dayna was always a quick response away. We never had to worry or wonder what was going as as Dayna always kept us updated. She helped us work through our offer and a couple of counters so we could get our dream home on terms that we were comfortable with. Overall, Dayna is the reason we are now very happy homeowners.
Dayna was incredible! She was on top of everything from before we even got a chance to meet all the way through and after our closing. I would absolutely recommend her as she has incredible knowledge of all the Seattle neighborhoods and different building types, etc. We learned a lot from her and definitely benefited from her expertise. Dayna made us feel like we were always her number one priority and we truly appreciated all of her timeliness throughout this process. Home buying can be stressful and difficult and Dayna made the process feel so much easier, and stress free by constantly keeping us up to date. Dayna was not judgmental not pushy about any wants/needs, property types, decisions, etc. She was 100% on our team and there to support our best interests. Thank you Dayna for being an incredible agent!"

"Dayna was super helpful throughout the whole process of my home purchase. Being a first-time homeowner I had a lot of questions since there so many steps to the process but Dayna was extremely patient and helped me navigate through all the steps with ease! I had provided Dayna with some critical requirements for my home and she made sure to find places that met those requirements and also made sure to keep reminding me of those requirements. Dayna helped negotiate with the seller and we got the home for a lower price than the listing price which is rare in Seattle's competitive market. With Dayna's help, we were able to submit an offer and close successfully within 3 weeks. Last but not least, Dayna was very sweet to leave a gift basket and provide carpet cleaning services as a gift after my closing :)

"We initally were introduced to Dayna through our Equity rental. We told that if we went through Berkshire they would break our lease for us. This gave us flexibility with timing when looking for a home. We didn't have to wait until our lease ended or incur fee when we found our perfect home. When I initially met Dayna I knew she would be the right agent for us. She never pressured us in anyway, gave us time to think things through.
We had an amazing experience working with Dayna. She was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She gave us pointers and things to look out for during our home search. Whenever we had questions she responded right away either via phone call, e-mail or text. We knew we were in good hands.
After a few weeks of hunting we went back to a couple of the houses that were in the running. We finished look at homes at 2pm on our last day of touring and decided to make an offer on our home. The offer review was at 4pm that same day. Dayna rushed off to a cafe and got our offer letter together very quickly. She worked with the seller's agent to buy us a little more time to get everything together. 7pm that same evening our offer was accepted. She called us right away. Everything was so easy, we were shocked (since this was our first time buying a home).
My mother in law is already in touch with Dayna to sell some plot of land and potentially to sell her current home. We highly recommend Dayna to potential buyers & sells."
