"Of all the houses I have sold in my lifetime, this one was the most challenging! The buyer whose offer I accepted became very difficult to deal with, and there were HOA issues. Additionally, there was a park manager that made things difficult as well...it was a nightmare! Thanks to Desaree, I was able to pull deal through, sell my house for a decent price, and keep my sanity! Desaree made it happen, and did a beautiful job handling the many obstacles and challenges of this sale!
Desaree really deserves all 'Excellent' ratings! I never had a problem getting a hold of her, and she answered all my questions...sometimes I asked the same question over and over, and she was very professional about everything! I really felt she was looking out for my interests, and cared about my situation. She asked me several times if I had found a place to move, and offered to help! Went beyond the call of duty many times! She would even communicate on weekends!

"Desaree was/is an extremely caring person. She was patient in understanding our situation & needs. Desaree is supportive in the quest to find her clients a home that fits their needs. I highly recommend her & would/will do business with her again. We have a property to put on the market & she deserves the opportunity to be it's agent.
We ended up getting the house we had put a bid on, that originally had a higher offer made. Desaree urged to make a backup bid in case the offer fell through. We did & we got the house for our original offer.
My wife & I will recommend her to others in need of an agent. We're very pleased with our dealings with her & Berkshire Hathaway.
