"Diana and I connected the first time we met and shared the same feeling that this was 'meant to be.' She was warm, friendly, professional and knowledgeable and went the extra mile for us at times. She even shared her home buying experiences, warts and all. She was accessible via text/phone and returned calls/texts in less than 24 hours. However, she saved the best for last. Diana recommended a broker she knew who saved deals, Nancy Kenny, from HomeStreet. This fine lady closed on the house in three weeks, one week earlier than projected, with a lower rate, monthly mortgage and closing costs. A true 'Closer,' Nancy went to work for us and delivered on what she promised and what I always thought was 'meant to be':)."

"The primary reason we selected Diana was her knowledge of our community and surrounding areas. She gets to know her clients and what their wishes are. She showed us many homes in the area we were looking as well as some in surrounding areas so we could see what other areas had to offer.
Diana was very professional throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer questions and address any concerns we had. She made sure we understood what needed to be completed to get through the escrow process smoothly. She made sure the inspections and appraisal were completed timely and communicated with our lender to make sure everything was in order. She reviewed all reports with us and gave suggestions on how to proceed.
Diana was there for us every step of the way. She showed us many houses and helped us find the perfect home for our family. When issues came up, she was there with a solution or suggestion on what we needed to do. She was always available when we needed her.
