"Dixie Hancock provided expert advice on the sale of our land. She communicates in a friendly, timely manner all aspects of listing, pricing, and sale of the property. She kept us informed about local City interest in the property and interfaced with the appropriate city personnel. Final closing proceeded smoothly with our 1031 transaction.She was instrumental in contacting the neighbors to resolve thorny issues concerning the property line and access to the property. She identified contractors who could remove the blackberry vines. She was always so easy to work with

"Much of the early communication with Dixie Hancock was via email while we were in Spain since it was our daughter in Portland who was exploring the purchase of the house with us. While in Europe, Dixie and I had a significant time difference to deal with in our email "discussions" and exchange of documents. Dixie always returned emails in the small one or two hour time window available while she and I were both awake!!
It was an extremely positive, professional and caring experience working with Dixie - right up to the unique celebration we had in the office of the title company. She is amazing...."
