"I had listed my house twice before and had unfortunate experiences with the realtors I was working with (not understanding the type of property I had, not showing to anyone but their own client, wanting my renter to do the showing, etc). When I spoke with Gabriel Tirado he was curtious and professional in the face of my doubts and bad taste from past experiences.
Working with Gabriel was an easy, trauma free experience - for me. I did not live in the area at the time and Gabriel, on the other hand, had to deal with a hoarding, sales sabotaging renter (who we finally had to evict), a nosy, over-sharing neighbor, a wanta be HOA dictator dealing false information, a plummeting market and ongoing renovations. He was always upbeat, polite and never lost his positive approach. He took much of the stress out of selling my home. I truly was blessed the day he called my number."
