He was selling my mother's townhouse and on a whim I asked him if there were any properties for sale that he knew of with very vague criteria. "George made what could have been a confusing and stressful process, simple and effortless for us. When we initially sat down with George to discuss listing our property, we already knew we'd be working with him. We expected it to be a lot of work. We were beyond impressed with George's knowledge and professionalism. We quickly realized that we had nothing to worry about as he walked us through exactly what we needed to do and what we could expect throughout every step of the process. George did exactly what he said he would do with great quality and on time. Once we completed the few recommended repairs, all we had to do was get out of the way for a weekend and let him do his thing. We returned on a Monday and George presented us with offers. This was very important to me as I do not live in NY State, and as executrix of my mom’s estate, I needed to get her home quickly listed. George came highly recommended by my mom’s estate attorney plus I checked with friends in the area who said he was excellent.
George is a very kind and compassionate man and a good listener. We met with him only days after my mom’s death. He was sensitive to the rawness of our emotions, while still helping us move forward with the listing.
George proposed a rather gutsy strategy that produced great results. I placed my complete trust in his knowledge of the Syracuse market and he certainly delivered great results. We had a no contingency contract in less than 6 days (with 11 to choose from)!!!!

"We worked with George on a previous attempt to sell our house and searching for a new one . Through no fault of his own the house didn't sell but throughout the process we realized George brought a wealth of experience to the table and new exactly how to deal with the impossible client. George steered us away from homes or brought to light some aspects of a home which otherwise would have never occurred to us. It was clear that he sincerely wanted to help us buy the house we loved and not cycle us through for the commission check. It was not even a question when it was time to look for a house again and once again George came through like no other agent has before him. He gave us the same service as before but this time we did find the house we love (more & more every day). I got rid of that agent after they would not even answer my phone calls. Luckily after that I got George. His advertising was great was great. The pictures were great. "Caring and considerate of our needs in a very sensitive time for our entire family.
George was always quick to respond with accurate answers during all steps of the sale. Which told us he was in constant contact with sellers agent. His quick responses shows that every one of his sales is important to him and having answers eased our minds. True professional.
This was a difficult time not only for my husband and I but for our two children who were born and raised in that one house. No aggravation from a realtor and no stress of having to figure things out myself was extremely helpful. George was always one step ahead of us and quick to put our minds at ease so we could concentrate on other things like packing and a few new last minute family memories in our home.
I never had to deal with anyone else because George was always available for us. Whether on email or text or even by phone.
Couldn't have asked for a better realtor. The small issues that did arise where not real estate related. They were either bank or lawyer issues.
