"Haydee came to my door one day and I explained that I was saving for a down payment and would be ready to purchase a home in about a year. I lost my home 10 years ago to a short sale during the CA real estate bubble burst and had been renting ever since with the goal of purchasing my own home someday.
Haydee and team took me under their wings, worked out the details in prequalification, down payment requirements and low interest rates and to my amazement, it was doable NOW. I was so excited and they worked together like a well-oiled machine and excrow closed before 30 days. I love my home and it has everything I ever dreamed of and more. They even worked out a plan to purchase a home above my pre-qual level and somehow had the sellars pitching in too.
