"Heather Rawlins from day one went to bat for us. She showed us several homes over a couple of months. We were pretty picky in that we knew what we wanted and had the luxury of not being in a hurry to buy. Heather Rawlins jumped any time we found a home we wanted to look at. Her professionalism shined through with each home she dropped everything to show us. Heather was quick to advise us on anything we were less than clear on. Her knowledge is second only to her outgoingness. She dives right in! I made a commitment to use only her services after the first day of her showing us places and I gladly kept it. The entire process was a breeze, because Heather took care of everything for us. We couldn't imagine dong this without her! Heather will be "family" for the rest of our lives!"

"Heather was recommended by our attorney. After a brief phone discussion we met with Heather and were impressed with her knowledge and her marketing plan to get the property sold. She provided several options from selling the property “as is” to making different levels of improvements. Each option included a cost benefit analysis and a timeline.
Once we decided which improvements to make Heather coordinated getting the work done and arranged the necessary inspections. She kept us informed and made sure each project met target completion dates.
Heather was professional, prepared, stuck to her timeline and sold the property quickly. She was very responsive to our calls and questions and kept us informed."

Unfortunately there were some issues with the loaning institution as far as scheduling their appraisal and then at the last minute the loan fell through. Heather got right back on the sale of the property and within a couple of weeks she had a new offer which went through!"
