"It was our first time home purchase and had so many issues. In this "hot" housing market, most buyers probably had a similar experience, however, for us who are in the US on a special VISA (J-1 VISA), limited resources (no parents, friends to get advice from), and experiences (first time home purchase ever). Igor Kuznietsov has been very patient and responsible for us from the beginning to the end of this process (I guess this is still going). The main reason we have chosen him as our agent among many agents we have met from many open house visits is that he considers all his tasks for us are parts of our lives, not the exchange/flow of money, and he wants to have a positive influence on those.
