As a buyer’s representative, I will help you obtain the Gulf Coast property you’ve always dreamed of by focusing my strategy on your individual style, needs and budget.  Real estate is a powerful thing.  Where you live is important and negotiating the best deal possible is a source of pride for me. As a seller’s representative, I will help you with real estate issues or questions wherever and whenever, market through numerous avenues and position your home for the best possible outcome.  I also received certification in home staging from the New York Institute of Art + Design and can advise clients on the best staging practices to garner top dollar for their property.

Education is vitally important to me as is staying current with market trends, data, and developing real estate information.  I am also a member of the Global Business Council (GBC), Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR) and the Young Professionals Network (YPN).

When I’m not actively helping clients realize their Florida dream of home ownership, I’m enjoying cultural events, the many beaches along this coast, the numerous activities and outdoor sports the area affords its residents and fantastic dining experiences with friends.  Fluent in Portuguese, I often travel to Europe to visit with family.
