"He took the time to explain everything to me. Even when I thought it was probably a stupid question he gave me the answer and in a way I could understand.
James was amazing. I had never sold a house before and he took every phone call or text to answer all my questions in a very timely matter. He took as much time as I needed to understand every aspect of the sale and of the paperwork. He had to stay on top of the buyers realtor to get the buyer to get their part of the paperwork on time. I feel he did the job of the buyer realtor and his own. He stayed on top of every aspect of this sale..
I believe he went above and beyond for me. I will recommend him to everyone I know.."

"James King entered my life because of a phone call to a trusted friend on a Saturday afternoon. Within the hour James and I were talking on the phone. I was considering another realtor and told him that I would get back with him within 30 minutes. When I called back to hire him I began asking the questions that I needed answered. He answered all of them AND was able to get things rolling quicklyBy Sunday afternoon we had begun all of our paperwork to purchase my new home. That was 35 days ago. I have been in my new home now for one week at the time of this testimonial.
James was honest and up front with me at each step along the way. His recommendations for people to help complete the purchase were always spot on. The people he connected my e with were like minded.
