"Decided to sell my home. I told my daughter and we instantly thought of James to sell for me. At 73 had no idea of what to do in this market. Jim came to my home explained everything I needed to know and do in a way I understood. I started right away in home for pictures. He took fantastic pictures, which everyone commented on after they were posted. I called Jim many times when things started to take place. He was so reassuring in every way now that I think about it. "This was to sell my mother's estate on the west side of Syracuse; and I live closer to Rochester, which is a bit of a haul. Another realtor friend of mine had recommended Jim, and am I glad she did. Hands down, he was GREAT to work with!! He listened and took my thoughts into consideration every step of the way. He followed up with me and the buying agent consistently, and was timely in responding to any questions / needs that I had. He had solid feedback and recommendations for things to do to prep the house for putting on the market.
