"We found Janet Lee via an internet search, went to her web page, then met her at one of her listing properties and we were highly impressed with her knowledge of the area and market, integrity and professionalism. Janet has been outstanding in every aspect. "The Lee Team is incredible and I HIGHLY recommend them! I chose The Lee Team because I have a lot of friends that have used them and were 100% satisfied with them. I first approached Brenna when my husband and I were curious about how our house would do if listed. Even though we were mostly requesting data to see "what if" and not very serious, Brenna gave us an in-depth overview of our home's approximate sale price and the current market conditions after visiting our home. We were super impressed that she took the time to create such a professional portfolio of information for us to view! Still, we decided not to sell at that time and Brenna was understanding and did not pressure us at all. Fast forward four months and we drastically changed our minds and once again asked Brenna for current marketing info. She responded quickly and we set up an appointment to meet with her the following day. We met with both Brenna and Janet in the next couple days, as well as their interior designer/stager, and our home was ready to list in less than 10 days! Due to The Lee Team's great relationships within in the community, we were able to get contractors out to get everything ready in record time. "The Lee Team is truly made of a collaboration of stagers, photographers, videographers, and they also were able to help us with finding movers and various repairmen. They were there for us in every step of our selling two houses and for purchasing our new home.
My initial opinion of the real estate industry was that it was made up of agents signing contracts, and doing nothing else to deserve large commissions. That opinion changed drastically after experiencing The Lee Team and seeing them involved in every aspect of selling two houses for us. Services included advertising, contract negotiations, and providing services such as house cleaning and staging at their expense. We have friends who have listed with other agents who did not help with any of those services not even being able to refer repair companies. "We recently bought and sold, using Brenna Harrington and Janet Lee as our respective real estate agents.
We looked for a long time--about 2 years--to find our next house. Brenna was patient the entire time! She didn't pressure us in any way to make a decision or to settle for anything that didn't entirely meet our criteria.
During the lengthy search process, and during the buying process, when we finally found "our" house, Brenna was helpful, always going above and beyond what we expected. As often happens, there were glitches that come up along the way, and Brenna handled each glitch with prompt responses and clear explanations.
I felt like I was a "high maintenance" client of hers, frequently bombarding her with questions. She put me at ease and made us feel like we were her only client (I know we weren't!), which is a really nice feeling.
She was professional and respectful in all aspects, and timely and thorough with communication. Hopefully we won't be moving again any time soon, but if we do, I'm sure we'll use Brenna again!"

Any realtor can sell you a property.
