"My husband met Jeff Nolan through one of his listings that we wanted to see. After that meeting Jeff was so personable that we choose him as our realtor. Since we had a home to sell in CA and my husband was living in Louisville and commuting every week we felt it was critical that we have a realtor that could work with a crazy schedule that worked around his shifts at work. Jeff Nolan was that person, he spent many hours showing my husband houses and writing offers in a competitive market that we did not get because of the house in CA needing to be sold.
Jeff Nolan was and is outstanding. Stan and I will use him and refer him for all of our real estate needs. He was always available and we felt like he was part of the family. We could not have asked for a better realtor. We are extremely grateful he stuck in there with us. It was tough for everyone with the conflict of schedules, commuting and us having a house to sell in CA.
My husband felt like he was working with a friend each week when they were house hunting. He is a listener and brings his A game when looking for what your needs are. He gives his opinion and advice and is honest and trustworthy. Jeff has followed up several times since closing to see if we needed anything.

"We very much enjoyed working with Jeff his laid back calm demeanor really helped us get through the home buying process and most importantly through the search for the perfect home for us as a matter of fact the home that we ended up buying he found on his own and recommended it to us outside of all the searches that we had done over the past year. We are grown so close in this buying process the Jeff is really become like a family member. His attention to detail regarding our needs was spot on and he kept us on track as well as others involved in the process. We would gladly recommend Jeff to all our friends and family members that are searching for a home or property either to rent lease order purchase to even include the purchase of land. so needless to say I am, and we are "Real Satisfied". With all the time that he spent with us on this project dealing with our frustrations our cares and concerns it is most fitting and our eyes that he deserve a vacation or some sort of reward in assisting us in this process. Although this was my first time purchasing a home and it was very troubling trying and downright unbearable at times he stood by us and helped us through all the way to the end.
We actually found several other properties over and Indiana that we really like and we struggled with because we like Jeff so much and during the back and forth with trying to decide where we wanted to be he continued to search for us and to keep us in the loop and on properties that we were considering and had considered even to the point of following through on so-called properties that have been sold or we're no longer pending or listed. And because of that his dedication and his concern for our needs ironed our dedication to him in the end."
