"I live in Florida and could not come to NJ due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. My family had a home in Toms River that we wanted to sell. I had not seen or spoken to Jennifer in years but knew she was a real estate agent. I called her and within one week of listing the house she had a full price contract. Jennifer Binkley was amazing! Without hesitation she did us a huge favor by emptying the house of items we did not want. Jennifer cleaned, organized and staged the house, arranged for repairs to done- she HANDLED everything during a pandemic and could not have been more thoughtful, generous and kind to us. "Jennifer Binkley went out of her way to find what we wanted, almost like she was a mind reader. She is well respected and liked by us here, we just think the best of her.
She is a great asset for Remax. She is a very friendly, outgoing person. She listens to what you want and does 110% to find it. She takes the time needed to find what you ask for.
If she says she is going to do something, she does- she is very good with communicating whats occurring so you know whats happening.
We, my husband and myself, would recommend her highly. We have been on the seller’s and buyer’s side and have not been disappointed, neither will you.
