"The first time I met Jessica she came to my house, she was on time. That was important to me. She clearly discussed what I could do on the inside and outside of the house to make it show better. She worked on comps to see what price I should start with. I appreciated how Jessica looked out for my interests in explaining the offers as they came in.
The offer I accepted had a few more hurdles to go through. But Jessica knew what needed to be done and worked with the buyer agent to make sure all the repairs were accomplished according to what was needed. I was out of state for the closing and it did close a couple days after original date. Jessica communicated efficiently and affectively through out.
I was so happy to have Jessica as my agent and would recommend her to anyone."
