"We honestly could not have dreamed of having a better experience in the search and purchase of our new home with Jim Burgum. First we Love Love our new home and were left with feelings of having had a wonderful, painless and easy experience with our realtor. Jim was extremely knowledgeable about anything and everything we asked regarding our search. He’s got a very kind demeanor in dealing with everyone..his clients, other realtors etc which can be extremely important and we always felt like we were in great hands. Without exception he always went above and beyond to take the time to thoroughly explain any thing we were unsure about. Not once did we finish a phone call or a visit without having a really good understanding of what the next step in our process would consist of. Jim made himself available to us no matter the time or day...something we probably took too much advantage of but not one complaint on his end. My wife and I find ourselves continuing to brag about Jim and his integrity to friends and family amongst others. Put simply, he just does what he says he’ll do which left us with and unmatched comfort level. We closed on the house 45 days ago or so and he has still made himself at our disposal for anything we may need and has continued to check up on us. We would and will recommend Jim to anyone who wants a super realtor and even better person to deal with during what can be a stressful time."

"We would like to say that our experience with Jim Burgum was pleasant. He listened to our wishes and went along with what we had in mind price wise.
He was knowledgeable of things that needed to be updated or repaired during the prep phase of getting the house ready for sale.
He really went out of his way to get us to the signing when we were short on time and car-less. He became our uber/taxi. Thanks Jim!
Signing and closings were timely and convenient as we were a couple hundred miles away and had to travel to finish up the sale.
We can't say enough about Jim and his friendliness and knowledge.

"Jim helped us understand the Portland area more than we imagined. Coming from out of state, we had a general idea about the Portland area but needed an expert to help us with our needs. At first, Jim had little information to work with from us because we had a general idea of the kind of house we wanted, but we were unsure of the various neighborhoods and how Portland really worked. He was so patient as we looked at several neighborhoods and types of houses and flip flopped our desires as we explored the market.
When the pandemic hit in the middle of our search, Jim was able to help us adjust accordingly. We ended up putting three offers on houses over a few months. Every house was a "dream house" to us. Jim did a great job in helping us manage our excitement of prospective houses with the reality of what would be worth down the road. In the end, we trusted Jim's advice with nearly everything. He earned this standing through his personality traits and experience. His kindness, patience, understanding of the market, and being an Oregon native helped us find the house we are in today. Jim is the third real estate agent we have worked with from different states and the third one we interviewed in Portland. He is by far the best agent I have ever worked with or spoken to. If anything ever came up where we had to sell our dream house he helped us purchase, Jim will be the first phone call!"

"I came across a listing that Jim Burgum had early on in my search and I stuck with him since he was very flexible with my schedule and was quick to let me view the houses that I was interested in.
I have nothing negative to say about Jim, I felt very comfortable working with him. He never once tried to hard sell me on a house and was very understanding of the times I was available to view properties.
Jim made the process of home buying stress free and was very punctual with his responses and document requests. He handled contact with the seller very professionally and timely. He was able to work with the seller and arrange a good amount of closing cost credits for me for repairs on the home.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my painless home buying experience. Jim provided great service through the process and I would recommend his services to anybody looking to buy a house. It was also very helpful that he was willing to talk with me during odd hours around my busy schedule. He was very approachable whenever I needed his assistance with anything. 10/10 stars"
