"My husband came across the name Jose Navarrete as he surfed online. Since we wanted to sell our apartment , my husband contacted him. We were impressed by his integrity and professionalism. We felt he was someone we could trust. At the same time he was very genuinely friendly and we still consider him a friend to this day. He was very patient with us as we had many questions. He was not pushy and did not make us feel under pressure to make quick decisions. We were doing a 1031 procedure which gets complicated and takes extra time and work. He worked efficiently through those details. He was able to quickly find a buyer without a lot of advertising and was organized in handling the paperwork. He accommodated the work with our schedules and we appreciated his flexibilty. We highly recommend him."

"This was my first time selling a house and knew very little about the process and its governmental reporting requirements. My first choice of a Realtor had to recuse himself because of an out of state family issue. He recommended the agency that sold the property.
The property is sold as agreed with out issues. He obviously knows how to make this happen.
I'm satisfied..
I live out side California and was not physically present for this sales process so, beyond knowing a sign was planted in the front yard I had to rely upon the realtors verbal, email and text updates which obviously worked because the property is sold.
Property is sold as planed. I'm happy."
