"We give Judy a 100% grade of satisfaction. She is professional, knowledgeable, approachable and very very patient with us. She’s also very pleasant and has a great sense of humor. She knows what she’s doing and she did an excellent job for us specifically in dealing with the potential buyers dealing with us and dealing with the work that needed to be done after the inspection. Judy lined up the workers, she obtained estimates from the workers as she saw that the work was done. This was unbelievably helpful to us because we are in eastern North Carolina and had no idea who to call.She is also very kind and patient and fall fall it is a very hard worker."
