There aren't enough good things we can say about Julie. Her integrity, her willingness to work hard for her clients, her marketing skills (when selling), and her negotiations skills are all outstanding. We especially appreciate her patience and understanding during what was a very stressful time for us.
Julie was indispensable in the purchase of our new home. We did run into several issues as the house was being built, and Julie never failed to act as an intercessor and advocate for us. Especially as we neared closing, Julie met us at the house several times and communicated with the builder to address concerns we had. She met with our inspector and reviewed the inspection results with us and the builder. Her people skills and desire to do her best for us shined throughout the whole process, and she was so understanding and patient. We would not have wanted to navigate the waters of purchasing our home without Julie's assistance!
If we could rate Julie higher than excellent in all these areas, we would. Perhaps there should be an "Excellent Plus" rating!"

"We were referred to us by another broker (Tami Hansen) and couldn't have been more pleased.
Julie worked hard on our behalf in the bidding process securing property for several thousand less minimum bid required. Purchasing a repo can be confusing at times - and tricky with different processes and applications- She helped us with this, answered our questions and kept us in the loop on progress of purchase .Dealing with government or bank owned property can be complicated Ms Bancroft was very capable and and exhibited persistence and professionalism in dealing with the seller.
We were searching for an inexpensive property and she didn't push us toward higher cost properties-- always keeping our goal for mortgage free ownership in mind.
The previous home we bought was in 1990's and done with many paper documents - She aided us in navigating the paperless method that is now used. She walked us through each step and made it less daunting.
Each of these things made for a great experience.

"Julie worked so hard for the sale of our home. She ran successful social media campaigns, we loved our unique property site. We had tons of interest in our home and showed it at least a dozen times. Julie had her work cut out with us as clients though! We weren't in a big hurry to sell so we were rather picky with offers we received. On top of that, we opened escrow twice only to have the buyers' financing fall through both times. It was discouraging to us and I'm sure it was frustrating to Julie, but ultimately it was worth the wait. Her negotiation skills are her biggest asset I believe, and we sold our house with an almost full price offer and had a backup offer waiting in the wings. Julie held multiple open houses for us to drive interest, had a great use of directional and yard signs - we had people picking up fliers almost daily the entire time our home was on the market! I feel like Julie worked so hard for us and was so willing to go above and beyond.
Julie was such a pleasure to work with. Extremely professional but also so kind and friendly. Her communication was also amazing. Selling a home can be a lengthy process with lots of waiting, but I never felt like I was just waiting to hear from julie. She was always prompt in her communication, even just to update us that we hadn't heard anything yet. She's a busy person but I always felt like we were her priority! I never felt like things got missed or delayed because she was too busy.
I would absolutely recommend her to anyone and everyone looking to buy or sell. There are so many options for Realtors in the area but Julie is by far the best choice."

"julie saved me from walking away from my house informing me of the true value of my house listed it and quickly sold it for what she said it was worth. needless to say i am very grateful to julie. since i was sick and out of town and unable to return she took care of every thing for me for sure above and beyond all expectations.she even had her husband take a huge load to the dump for me. words cant express how pleased i am with julie as my agent.
