She was just so understanding through the whole process, and we really enjoyed her company while looking at homes. She gave us such personalized service that we felt like we were her only priority.
Karen's attention to detail saved us from a few houses, too! As first time home-buyers, we didn't have the knowledge or experience to see the issues that she would immediately notice. She left the final decisions up to us, but understood our limitations and desires, and worked very well to find homes that fit our needs.
