"Karen Dugan is the only broker we would have considered. She has represented us previously in the past as both seller and buyer. She receives the highest rating possible from us and using another agent would never be a consideration.
Buying or selling a home can be an intimidating process especially if one is experiencing this for the first time. Although we are not first-time sellers or first time buyers and have used Karen in the past. The point is this: Karen Dugan is the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. She's extremely knowledgeable and is a strong client advocate who genuinely cares about her mission to help her buyers and sellers. She goes above and beyond to answer all questions in quick fashion and takes the stress out of what could be a very stressful situation. In addition, she simply a nice person and a joy to deal with.
We give her the highest rating possible in all categories because she deserves it. There are no better agents.
I would highly recommend Century 21 Breeden Realtors. They have a fine organization starting with the people who answer the phones to the highest recommendation I can possibly give to Karen Dugan.
