"Karen is so professional and communicates better than anyone I've ever dealt with. She had the best advice every step of the way and we did not know very much coming in, but she explained everything so well that we felt confident in every decision we made! Not only did she get our house sold, but she helped us get our dream home! She drove all over the place and made a million calls for us. I can't even describe how amazing she is and how much she did for us with words. Even when things got tough and hard decisions had to be made, she got us through it and we managed to get everything settled in our original time frame. If we had to do it again, we would call her immediately! But hopefully we never have to because our new home is so perfect for us! Other realtors we have dealt with in the past don't put in the care and effort Karen does for her clients. We went days without hearing from the other guys when we asked questions. With Karen, we sent her messages at all times of the day and night and never had to wait very long for a response. I love that we could text her any questions we had, even if they felt dumb. In the end, we felt like family and we are so happy that we chose her! Thank you Karen!!"

"I am disabled nurse and was living 5 hrs away and unable to drive to So. Cal to view properties. Karen was so helpful and willing to facetime walk me thru each house. I was always able to reach her and she kept me up to date on every process which was so helpful since this was my first time as a buyer. Karen was always respectful and so kind to me, I not only got a great house that suits me, I have a new friend! If and when I find myself in need of selling or buying again I will only call Karen.
I have never bought property before so the process was so foreign to me and Karen was patient and walked me through the process.
As I am writing this I am sitting in my new house listening to the quiet peace, and feeling so much relief of the stress of moving. My new place suits me so well it's like Karen has known me and my needs for years.

Karen was instrumental in making this home purchase become a reality for my wife and me. As first-time home buyers, we had little knowledge of what the entire process entailed. Karen explained the process to us, in simple and easy to understand language, and made a seemingly daunting task much easier to comprehend. She was understanding as to our needs, our likes, dislikes, and ultimately what we were looking for in a home and she presented us with a multitude of housing options in various communities, including those in communities we had not originally considered.
