Kim was very knowledgeable, patient, and accessible allowing us to have a stress free atmosphere throughout the whole process. Kim has many strengths, which are all valuable, but what we appreciated the most was her caring; she put us first and did not push anything on us. She provided all the information for us to make an educated decision never feeling forced. Kim always answered our phone calls, text messages, and emails no matter the time of the day. "I was just really impressed with her availability even on weekends . We had some family visiting one weekend and she came to let us show it to them on 3 hour notice. I asked Kim how long she had been selling real estate , because I really thought she had great customer service skills . I was surprised to hear I believe it had been under 2 years ."
