"Linda and I have had several conversations over the years about the selling of our home. I have always found Linda's responses, ideas and goals to be spot on to our needs and requirements. With our move including leaving the state, Linda was very aware of things that may come up that we hadn't spotted on our radar.
I am not even sure how to note EVERYTHING Linda did for us!
Talk about professionalism! First there was a plan. The plan was important because it included a new build for us and moving out of state! Linda was there every step of the way. Tracking our progress on the new build and adjusting our time line, which we had to do several times!!!!
No one had a better cheerleader! Linda knew how much we loved our home! Linda ensured our home was presented in the most fabulous and desirable video and photo shoot! Linda’s team was such a joy to work with. They all had their hand in the game of perfection! When I saw the video and photos of my home and yard I literally cried!
Though I did not think I needed any hand holding I found myself on several occasions having to get a pep talk from my cheerleader! More than anything it was, “Did we miss our window with the new build being so late? Is there anything I missed?” Well, you get the idea- Linda, ever the proficient property specialist was able to get me over the mental hurdles I created.
Not only would I recommend Linda and Windermere in the future, but I did just that during the process of selling our home. First, I recommended Linda to a friend trying to buy a house. His current agent was not giving him the attention he needed to get inside homes and be in a position to make an offer. Josh was instrumental in finding and helping my friend close on his home! Another friend also needed help ASAP to get her home ready and on the market. Her realtor had not contacted her after several messages. Linda was amazing!!!! Once again Linda was able to help with a superior plan of action and BOOM! DONE! I don't recommend just anyone to friends and especially not realtors. In Linda's case I would not make a move without her advice. Linda has the contacts from A-Z. Linda has the ability to see the bigger picture and keep the process flowing. In our story, Linda was at the beginning of everything, and everything was only positive!!! Linda had a contact in the state we were looking to move to. Within 24 hours of arriving in our new state, Linda's contact found the perfect property for us! Linda had our financial end covered with her mortgage professionals. Every step of our journey in selling the home we loved for more than 23 years was trusted into Linda's care. This was not something we held lightly. We were making a new journey, taking a new step and to do so with confidence that all is right, a true professional is necessary. Linda is that professional.
We felt totally comfortable with the whole process. Linda is very open and transparent! We knew that the other agents viewing the house with clients and contacting Linda for further information would get honest answers to each and every question or inquiry.
Josh was extremely helpful being 110% ready to do whatever was needed in Linda's absence."

"I had an estate equestrian property with a show barn, that was difficult to sell due to location. Linda did a wonderful job with the listing: A beautiful professional video, professional photographs, and additional marketing on social media and equestrian subscription sites. She is a "horse person" herself, so she knows what makes a good equestrian property. She knows how to market an equestrian property and what is important to buyers. She helped me stage the home and property, and had wonderful suggestions on how to get the best return on investment in "sprucing up" the property.

"Linda listened intently and responded promptly with every question or need that we had. Her knowledge of our local area is extensive.
We have dealt with other real estate agents from other companies in the past. It seemed that if we had 3 questions in our email it would take 3 or 4 days to get a response and only 1 of the questions would be answered. This is definitely NOT the case with Linda Diehl. In our opinion Linda is the best agent we have ever worked with and I have already recommended her to 2 of our family members. She responded immediately to every phone call and every email and helped with everything every step of the way from beginning to the end of the hunt and eventual purchase of our property. We were working with a very unusual and difficult parcel of land that required a lot of research and if Linda didn't know the answer then she found some one that did. She went so far beyond the call of duty for us that we can't begin to thank her enough for all that she has done to help us. She is extremely professional and yet the more I worked with her the more she felt like an old friend. She has a wonderful, warm personality which showed with every contact I had with her. She is extremely reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy and we could not have asked for a better experience working with a real estate agent. We would recommend her to any one any day of the week and will do just that with any one we know that is buying or selling a home or land. Asking a question and having to wait around until the agent finds the time to get back to you can be very frustrating but NEVER once did we have to wait with Linda. She was always there when ever we needed something, getting back to us so quickly. It was so refreshing to know that there are still agents out there that truly care about their clients. I can guarantee that if and when it comes time for us to buy or sell another property it will be Linda Diehl that we will call. Again, we can't thank her enough for everything. "I feel Linda was a win/win situation in that her best interests were my best interests. Linda is on board with what others want and will do waft it takes to turn someone's dreams into a reality regarding finding the right home.
The fact is that Linda always seems to put others first. If it's important to someone to want to keep looking for another place or ask questions about a property she will listen. She lends her professional opinion up front which I respect but whatever the outcome from the client she supports there decision
If there was a question I had, she was there to answer it. If she didn't have the answer she would get someone that does. I never realized the importance of closing documents and really commend her work ethic from start to finish of the process.
If Linda was unable to be available for a period of time during the transaction she surrounded me with great well minded people to help me. Her partner mark and financial department manager Kathy made my decision making very smooth and care free plus fun.
