"I went through Realtor.com and had shown interest in numerous properties. Lisa was the 1st one to reach out to me directly over the phone and she showed the initiative and knowledge that made me feel comfortable working with her out of state. She went above and beyond and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Lisa went above and beyond to help us as much as she could with us being out of state to include taking videos of properties for us when we couldn't make another trip out.

"I first got in contact with Lisa Scully to look at a couple of properties to get an idea of what me and my family could expect for our next house. My wife, myself and two children were very cramped in a smaller house with one bathroom. When we looked at the first house with Lisa, I told her that we planned to sell our house on our own and then use a realtor to find the new house. She totally understood and offered a lot of free advice. She was so helpful that I changed my mind on selling my house myself. I figured if she would work that hard helping me then she would work even harder trying to sell it for me. So we asked a little more for the house to help cover some the cost of her services. I knew we had made the right choice the first visit she made to our house. She had her act together and treated us wonderfully. Every text was answered ASAP, and I never felt like it was an inconvenience for her. As we were showing our house we were looking at houses with Lisa. She is very busy, but she always made time for us. It didn’t matter if we wanted to go see several houses even though we wouldn’t put in an offer until our home was under contract. In the end it all worked out, we sold our house and closed on a new one the same day. Lisa was there every step of the way. I don’t have any plans to buy or sell any property, but I do have a realtor. The next time I want to buy or sell I will contact Lisa Scully first thing."

Each step of the way, from looking at the first house, to finding the home of our dreams, Lisa was helpful, insightful, and worked hard to help us understand stand the process and what would be coming next. I never would have imagined that buying a house could have been so easy, but that is exactly what Lisa did! Lisa truly cares for her clients! I also love that when I had a question or wanted to look at a house, all I had to do was tell Lisa, and within a couple of hours, sometimes not even that long, I would have a date and time to look at the house I requested.
