"Lorri's help started the minute she walked in the door and I asked her what would make the most sense to put my money into to increase the overall price of my home through the staging process. Her advise was right on the money and also saved me from some expensive updates that as it turned out, were not needed for a the sale. she stopped by to assist with patio and other issues frequently per my request without hesitation and never once mentioned getting my listing. She perhaps may have assumed but it could have backfired on her. I like to believe she was aware of my morals and principles.
I am not sure I would have remained sane if it were not for Lori's knowledge of the sales process and potential issues. When the water pipes were found not to be up to code she walked me through the repairs and inspections. I could not be at the closing and she and the attorney made the closing process very easy.
I would not hesitate to you use or refer Lorri and her team again."
