"Mariam was absolutely amazing. I cannot say enough good
things about her. She was diligent, timely, friendly,
knowledgeable, helpful and she always had our best interest at
heart. The bulk of our sale/purchase was done in late June and I
know she was dealing with a few closings in June so the fact
that she kept us updated daily was wonderful. It is a testimony to
her character and work ethic that she cared enough to never
leave us with questions or concerns. She always makes herself
available for you! The house we sold is in Greenwood, the
house we bought is in Nineveh and she's located in Carmel yet
she had no issues at all coming down to either of the houses
several times. She proves time and time again that she is
dedicated to her work. I would reccomended Mariam as a realtor
to all my friends and family. Real estate transactions are
stressful and everyone deserves to have a professional like
Mariam on their side to guide them and provide the best
experience possible. She did it for us and she will do it for you!"

"Mariam was so genuine and caring while also being very honest and upfront. We had never sold a home before and she helped us through each stage with knowledge and humor! When I felt overwhelmed she stopped, listened, and helped me come up with a plan. We had so many concerns but after our first meeting with her we felt 10 times better. She helped with suggesting contractors, helped us know what needed to be done and what didn't, she even brought us a pie before Thanksgiving knowing we'd be packing all day. I would recommend her to anyone selling or buying a house!"

"This is our first time selling a house and she walked us through every single step. Starting with the decision to sell, preparing the house for photos and showings, to walking is through offers, and getting us to closing! The process was so seamless and streamline. We were mind blown at house quickly our house sold! Mariam kept us updated every chance she got regarding any contact from buyers or realtors. We had an unfortunate time with the buyers company, but Mariam contacted all necessary people to help us move along the process without pushing back the closing date. We were stunned with how well she communicates! We are starting the process of building, which as a younger couple, is a scary but exciting thing! We’re glad to be working with her and have her expertise on our side!"

"Mariam is a fantastic broker and and we could not have gone through the new build process without her. The builder we selected was incredibly difficult to work with and we encountered problems several times. Mariam handled these issues with grace and professionalism and made sure were able to resolve the issues before closing. Mariam was very accessible and was there for every step, from the design center, to inspections to closing. We are very satisfied with our experience with Mariam and will be recommending her to anyone we know that needs a Realtor/Broker. Century 21 is lucky to have Mariam in their ranks."
