"We had Marj help us sell our first home and buy our second. She was absolutely amazing then so we knew that this time around, we would be in good hands. Marj got our house listed quickly and by word of mouth, got us an immediate showing. After only a few days on the market, we had a cash offer. Marj helped us find our new home in Omaha and pointed out both good and bad things about each house we looked at, things we would never have thought about.
