"Melissa made the listing and selling of our home seemless. She made fair assessments of our property and gave us clear recommendations on how to prep our home for the market. If issues came up, she remained calm, and was reassuring. We felt she made every effort to make this process as painless as possible. She is well educated in the market, the F-M area and knowledgeable about buys/sellers needs.
We had a couple unexpected circumstances come up right before closing. Melissa made every effort to make sure our buyers and us, as sellers felt comfortable with the final agreement. She even went and tracked down a contractor for us!

"We had looked for a house on Zillow and Melissa was listed as the buyer's agent. That deal fell through but Melissa called us about 6 weeks later to see if we had found a house yet and she had some suggestions for us. This type of service and looking out for our needs sealed the deal, we immediately said we have found our agent and stopped looking at any others.
Melissa worked with us on every detail and, since we are 400 miles away, we really appreciated her going above and beyond the call of duty to make this a smooth transaction.
Melissa was very professional yet down-to-earth as we asked lots and lots of questions and posed lots of scenarios and she dealt with them all.
We haven't even moved in yet but have already recommended her to a couple of friends."
