Not only did she give us helpful advise on offering and sale price, she gave us ideas on what projects will help sell the home and which are unnecessary. She also gave us some ideas that we used in the flip. I can be a bit stubborn, but she held strong that we could get more for the house then I thought possible. We listed the house on a Thursday Night and received a full price offer on the following Tuesday. She was correct!!
