"I met Nolen years ago while working in the service industry. His honesty and hustle distinguished him from the crowd. The more interaction i had with Mike the more trust and integrity i saw in him. I have worked with agents and brokerages quite a few times in my life and i am impressed by the team culture of the C21 office in Richmond, KY. Mike often spoke of the mentorship he receives from his broker in that office. In a hyper-competitive real estate market, that is difficult to maintain. Keep up the great work C21!
Mike Nolen took the time to understand what I was looking for in a home for my family and I. He offered honest feedback about the future marketability of a property and the usability of the space today. Looking back at the process, every time we visited an open house Mike Nolen put my interests first. Several times he could have easily convinced me to buy a home that wasn't quite right for me but he didn't. In this very tight real estate market, he showed patience, wisdom, and resolve. In my life i will meet other real estate professionals but Mike Nolen has earned my loyalty.
When listings have contracts in hours for thousands MORE than asking price, it is no small feat to feel like I got a great deal on a house. Mike Nolen negotiated a great deal for me and my family. Not only did i get the house below appraised value he got the seller to pay all of my closing costs! I've never had an agent demonstrate such a knack for negotiating.
I am not easily impressed. Mike Nolen has an impressive work ethic and business acumen. I reached out to Mike 8-9 months ago to discuss the early stages of searching for a home but i didn't even know where i wanted to buy. We visited properties from Wood Creek Lake in Laurel County to the Kentucky River in Frankfort and nearly every county in between. Not once did he become impatient although i wouldn't blame him if he did. This purchase wasn't just about buying a house, it was therapy. I feel like he always knew where i would land and he led me through each step like a trusted advisor. I will champion Mike Nolen whenever friends and colleagues are in the market to buy/sell property in Kentucky."
