Myooran Nakeswaran is a dedicated REALTOR® with over 15 years of experience, having earned his license in February 2008. Coming from a family of electrical & construction contractors, Myooran’s fascination with new construction homes began early, as he spent time on job sites with his father and brother. This exposure sparked a lifelong passion for real estate, guiding him to a career where he strives to leave people, places, and things better than he found them.

Myooran’s approach to real estate is grounded in transparency, integrity, and dedication. He is committed to providing personalized service and expert guidance to his clients, whether they are first-time homebuyers,  investors, or sellers. With a deep understanding of the market, Myooran creates tailored strategies designed to maximize his clients’ investments and achieve their unique goals.

Before transitioning to real estate, Myooran spent 16 years in the service and automotive industries, working for luxury brands like Jaguar Land Rover. This experience gave him the opportunity to interact with a wide range of individuals, each with different expectations and needs. His ability to identify, adapt, and cater to these diverse personalities allows him to deliver exceptional, customized service to every client.

A North Andover resident with Sri Lankan roots, Myooran enjoys spending his free time with his wife and their seven-year-old son, who is nonverbal and autistic. He is passionate about teaching his son new things and watching him grow. Myooran also enjoys spending time with his two dogs, Rosie and Jasmine.
