I spoke to a cousin of mine who was a very good friend & a business associate with Scott O'Neal. I told him I was going to put my condo on the market. He asked me to consider using Olha O'Neal with BEVERLY-HANKS in Asheville. She was wife to his friend Scott O'Neal & also she, too, was a very good friend. I told my cousin that I already had a realtor with BH that sold other properties for me but that I would take her name into consideration. I gave it thought overnight & decided to call Olha. I am glad I did. I talked to her at length & thought about our conversation overnight & decided to drive to Asheville (2 hours away) & meet in person. I did decide to use Olha as my realtor. From the very beginning, Olha was on the mark getting the contract with me signed. And she got all other necessary documents to me in a timely manner by DocuSign. It was less than a week when I got an offer & 2 more days after some negotiations that I got a signed contract. I was happily surprised since I was competing with another condo in my complex that had been on the market for more than 30 days. Again, I got all the documents in a timely manner until we went to closing. Olha was an exceptional realtor. All through the process she even went beyond her duties as a realtor which I am so thankful for since I lived in another city. I did go through some stress which she assured me all things would work out. Which they did. I am so grateful to Olha for all she did to make this a quick & successful sale. She was wonderful & a pleasure to work with. She works even on her personal time. I certainly would use Olha again & would highly recommend her as a great realtor to anyone."
