"My daughter, son-in-law and I decided to purchase a home together in the Rosebyrg area. We needed plenty of space both for working from home and privacy of the ;lend family. Patti Moffitt was right on top helping us set up appointments and showing us homes within all our schedules. My children had to travel from Eugene so Patti would help us see more them one home to fit the travel. Patti cheerfully showed us several properties and helped us through our trial and errors. When the final decision was made, she moved up the closing date so we could start the move sooner them planned. She offered great suggestions and moved us through the process easily. I will be using Patti as my representative when I put my home on the market."

"Patti Moffit is the best of them all!! From day one she made us completely comfortable, was very accommodating with our children, she was very easy to get a hold of and very prompt in returning calls and messages. Throughout the entire time even when things got a little tricky Patti always remained so kind and positive and encouraging. We came to know we could really trust Patti and that she was working for us!!
Patti Moffit is very knowledgeable of the Roseburg area. She is also extremely knowledgeable of all the paperwork side of the process which she was very good at explaining and catching things that needed attention.
We had a desirable timeline that was definitely a stretch but Patti made it happen. She knew exactly how to get us what we asked for. Patti knew exactly what she was doing and we got everything we wanted in our home and more thanks to her!!
We couldn't be happier with our experience with Patti Moffit and our new home!

"Patti contacted us while are House was for sale by owner. She offered to meet with us at our convenience if we were interested. Patti discussed with me how her services would work when/if were were interested in using an agent. I never felt any pressure and genuinely felt like she was supportive of us in any decision we made. When we hired Patti she immediately got right to work and made sure our house was being seen from all over. Even though we had a fall through when a buyer changed their mind Patti was immediately ready to start over with a smile on her face and a positive attitude. She got my house seen right away again! There is nothing Patti could have done any better in my opionio to make my experience any better. She was always friendly, ready to answer any questions, stay positive as things shifted and do all work in a prompt and timely manner. It was a pleasure working with Patti and I would do it again in the future"
