"Paul has an understanding of what it takes to be a top tier realtor. He was patient, knowledgeable and extremely responsive — always getting back to us quickly when a question required some research. After previously being disappointed with other realtors in our home buying/selling experience, we were pleasantly surprised by the efforts Paul made to help us close on our home. One example of this is when I needed pictures of the back of the new home during the offering process but wasn’t in the area at the time. Even though it was below zero at the time, Paul still went out to the home within the hour and took pictures. Most realtors would not have even considered doing that on a nice day let alone a bitter cold one. This inevitably helped make me comfortable to proceed with the purchase. I’d definitely recommend Paul to assist with buying or selling your next home!"
