Raquel Ramirez is a Realtor with CENTURY 21 Real Estate Alliance, an independently owned and operated real estate agency of CENTURY 21, LLC with offices throughout the Bay Area.

Raquel Ramirez originally started in the mortgage and lending industry in 2005 gaining experience & valuable knowledge that she continues to utilize in her real estate career to this day. In 2012 she earned her Real Estate License & currently specializes in all residential real estate including manufactured/mobile homes. She prides herself in excellent customer service, going above and beyond & maintaining her commitment and dedication to clients. She makes them feel comfortable by breaking down & simplifying the sales process and through her experience & ongoing training has become a skilled negotiator frequently exceeding expectations. Raquel wholeheartedly enjoys helping others achieve their homeownership dreams and goals. Currently also mentoring newly licensed agents guiding them on the path to a successful career in real estate. Raquel is proficient in Spanish and heavily involved in the Hispanic community as she was originally born in Nicaragua. She has lived in Hayward, CA for approximately 23 years and recently bought her 2nd home in Tracy, CA. 

On a personal note, she loves creating memories with family including her husband, 6-year-old and 3-year-old son as well as volunteering and nurturing relationships within her community.
